An all-inclusive vacation covers accommodations, meals, drinks (including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options), entertainment, and select activities. Some packages may also include excursions, spa treatments, or premium services—be sure to check the details of your specific package!
Since there are a limited number of rooms in the room block, availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure your spot, we request that all rooms be reserved and deposits submitted to the travel agent by June 13th, 2025. The final balance is due by July 18th, 2025 and RSVPs are requested by July 25th, 2025—but if you already know your plans, the sooner the better!
Please note booking after June 13th, 2025 may result in the resort being completely sold out, so we highly recommend reserving early to guarantee your stay.
You will be flying into Cancún International Airport (CUN).
The drive from the airport to the resort typically takes between 30 minutes to an hour, depending on traffic conditions.
Yes! Round-trip transportation is included in the per-person price for a hassle-free experience.
Upon arrival, you’ll receive a paper slip with your scheduled pickup date and time, ensuring you have plenty of time to catch your flight home.

The resort requires that at least 90% of wedding guests stay on-site. If this percentage is not met, guests staying at a different resort may not be permitted to attend the wedding, even if they purchase a day pass.
If you are considering booking accommodations elsewhere, please speak with the bride and groom before making any arrangements. They will need to check with the resort to determine if you will still be able to attend.

Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against unexpected events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, or flight delays. Some credit cards offer travel insurance benefits, so we suggest checking with your provider to see what is covered. You may also have the option to purchase travel insurance when booking your vacation package or through a third-party provider for additional coverage. Passports must be valid for at least six months after travel. Routine passport processing in Canada can take several weeks, so it’s best to apply as early as possible. If you need a new passport, you will need a Passport Book, which is required for international travel.
Mexico Tourist Card: Each traveler must complete and print this form before departure. While it is usually handed out on the plane before landing in Cancun, having it done in advance can save time at customs.
Pre-Check-In: To save time upon arrival at the resort, complete the pre-check-in form the day before your arrival.

Two payment options are available:
- No-Interest Payment Plan – Call in and make payments at any time before the balance due date. There are no set schedules, as long as the full balance is paid by the due date.
- FlexPay (Interest Loan) – For a structured payment plan, FlexPay allows scheduled payments over time with interest.
